St Michaels Mount View
St Michaels Mount View is in Newlyn. It's a detached house. The main thing is the view. You can see right across the bay to St Michael's Mount from the front.
It sleeps six, has three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. There are three steps up to the front door.
It's about five minutes' walk down to Newlyn harbour. The beach is about the same. There's a local shop a few minutes away and a pub, the Red Lion, about five minutes' walk. The Mackerel Sky restaurant is in the harbour, a fifteen minute walk. It's the one from the Rick Stein programme.
You can walk all the way along the promenade into Penzance. It's flat and takes about half an hour. Penzance has the main shops, cafes, and the train station. You can get the ferry to the Isles of Scilly from there.
Mousehole is the other way, also along a level coastal path. It's a twenty minute walk. It's a small, old fishing harbour.
For surfing, Sennen Cove is about a twenty-five minute drive. Marazion is just across the bay, maybe ten minutes by car. The marshes there are good for birdwatching.
The house has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding is included. There's WiFi and a TV. It's a seaside property, so it can be windy.
