9 Chapel Street
This is 9 Chapel Street, in Mousehole. It's a one bedroom cottage for two people. We renovated it completely a few years ago. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means everything should be in good working order and clean.
The layout is reverse-level, so you come in on the middle floor. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all open plan up there. It has a wood burner, the original wooden floors, and a high ceiling with beams. Down a flight of stairs is the bedroom and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Mousehole is a small fishing village. It's quiet. There are two little sandy beaches here and the coastal path runs right past. You've got a pub, a few cafes, and some small shops all within a few minutes' walk. The bistro on the harbour front is run by the same people who own this cottage. They do good food.
For getting further out, you're well placed. Newlyn is about ten minutes by car, Penzance about fifteen. From there you can get the train if you wanted. The Minack Theatre and Porthcurno beach are about a fifteen minute drive. Sennen Cove and Land's End are within half an hour.
In terms of what's here: there's a wood burner, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid. Parking is on-street in the village; there isn't a dedicated space.
