St Mary's House

St Mary's House is in Penzance, right near the centre. It's a tall, old townhouse with a shared garden at the front. The garden is south facing, which is nice.

It sleeps seven, in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It has a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but it's not a modern showhome. It's a listed building, so the ceilings are high and the staircase is the original one. It's fine, but the stairs are typical for a house this age.

You're a couple of minutes' walk from the seafront promenade and the Morrab Gardens, which are worth a look. The town's shops, pubs, and places to eat are about 70 yards away. Everything you need is right there.

For parking, there's a gravelled driveway on site.

From here, you can walk along the coast to Newlyn harbour and further on to Mousehole. Marazion and St Michael's Mount are a short drive away. You can walk out to the Mount at low tide. The Minack Theatre and Porthcurno beach are about twenty minutes by car. Sennen beach is roughly half an hour away.

The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
