St Mary's House
St Mary's House is on Morrab Road in Penzance. It's a big, old townhouse. It's listed, so it's got high ceilings and that original staircase you get in these places.
It sleeps seven, in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean. You can bring two dogs.
The house is set back from the road behind iron gates. There's a shared garden out the front that gets the sun. You can park on the driveway.
You're really close to everything. The shops, pubs, and restaurants start about a minute's walk away. The seafront promenade is a five minute walk. Morrab Gardens is just round the corner, it's got all those subtropical plants.
From the promenade you can walk all the way along to Newlyn harbour. It's a proper working port. The coastal path carries on from there to Mousehole.
You can drive to a lot of the main spots in under half an hour. St Michael's Mount at Marazion is about ten minutes away. You walk out to it at low tide. The Minack Theatre and Porthcurno beach are about twenty minutes. Sennen Cove is half an hour. Lands End is a bit further.
For facilities, it's got the basics covered: WiFi, TV, a dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. The garden is enclosed.
