The Gazebo is in Marazion, just up from the beach. It's a detached cottage, so no one attached to either side. You’ve got your own garden, which is enclosed.
It sleeps five, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which helps when there are a few of you. It’s got a 3 Star rating, so it’s comfortable and clean. It’s not a show home.
The beach is a short walk away. You can see St Michael's Mount from there. At low tide you can walk over the causeway. At high tide, you need to get the boat. It's run by the National Trust.
There’s a shop, a pub, and a couple of places to eat about 200 yards away. Marazion itself is small. For a bigger shop you’d go to Penzance, which is about three miles.
There’s parking for one car on the drive. If you need more space, there’s a pay-and-display car park a couple of minutes’ walk away.
For things to do, Penzance has the usual town things. The main coast path goes right past. Land’s End is about a 20-minute drive. St Ives is about 15 minutes by car, but the parking is difficult. I’d get the train from Penzance station, it’s easier.
Inside, there’s a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a highchair if you need one. No pets, sorry.
If you’re planning walks or days out, the National Trust Cornwall page and the Cornwall Council Coast Path site are useful.
