Una Aurum 56
Una Aurum 56 is a one bedroom lodge in Carbis Bay. It's part of a larger holiday park called Una, St Ives.
The lodge sleeps two. It's got a five star rating, which means it's modern, clean and well-equipped. There's one bathroom, a patio area, and parking right outside.
The main thing about this place is the on-site facilities. There's a restaurant, a gym, and a swimming pool with a sauna and steam room. There's also a spa where you can book treatments. You don't have to use any of it, but it's there if you want to.
The lodge itself has a dishwasher and a washing machine. A cot and highchair are available if you need them. No pets allowed.
Carbis Bay beach is about a 15 minute walk away. It's a very nice beach. St Ives is about a mile further along the coast path, or a few minutes in the car. That's where you'll find most of the shops, art galleries and other restaurants.
For walking, you're right on the South West Coast Path. The National Trust Cornwall page has lots of information on local walks and beaches. For the wider area, the Cornwall Council Countryside site is useful.
If you're driving, the Minack Theatre is about 30 minutes away at Porthcurno. Lands End is roughly the same. The Lizard peninsula and St Michael's Mount are within a 40 minute drive.
