Glas Mordros is in Carbis Bay. It's detached and set back on the hill so you get the view over the bay. It sleeps twelve. Six bedrooms, four bathrooms.
It's got a 5 Star rating because it's new and well-finished. Everything's been done up recently. The furniture is good, not just what was left over from someone's house. It's on three floors, so there's space for everyone.
The sun room at the front is enclosed, you can sit in there any time. It has the hot tub. The view from there is straight out to sea. The garden has seating too.
You can walk down to Carbis Bay beach in a few minutes. It's a good, sandy beach. The train station into St Ives is a short walk from the house. The train takes about three minutes, or you can walk the coastal path. It's a little over a mile. St Ives has the Tate gallery, the harbour, and all the shops and restaurants. It gets busy in summer.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect: a dishwasher, washing machine, proper TV and wifi. The games room is in the garage conversion. Parking for three cars on the drive.
