This place is called Mexico Bay. It's one of a group of apartments in St Ives, near Porthminster Beach.
It sleeps four, two bedrooms, one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating, so it's recently been done up and everything works. You get the patio and garden to yourselves.
The view is good. You look out over Carbis Bay toward Gwithian and Godrevy. You can see the sea and the lighthouse.
Porthminster Beach is a few minutes walk. It's sandy and a bit more sheltered than some of the other beaches here. The town centre with all the lanes and shops is also a short walk.
The apartment has what you'd need: a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi included. Bedding and towels are there. Parking is on site.
For days out, the South West Coast Path is right there. The Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum are in town. You can drive to Godrevy or to Gwithian Towans, which are good for longer beaches and surfing. They're within about twenty minutes.
