Gracelands
This is Gracelands. It's a lodge in the St Ives Holiday Village, out on Lelant Downs. It's single-storey and terraced, so no stairs. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. You can bring up to two dogs.
The site is woodland, over a hundred acres. Your lodge looks out onto trees. It’s comfortable and tidy inside. The decoration is colourful.
The holiday village has a lot going on, especially between March and October. There's an indoor heated pool, a sauna, a bar, a takeaway, and a shop. They do things like kayaking and have entertainment. There's an internet cafe and a launderette on site.
You're about two miles from the beach at Carbis Bay. St Ives itself is a short drive, or you can get the coastal train from St Erth station. It's a proper seaside town with a harbour, shops, galleries like the Tate, and good places to eat.
For walks, the South West Coast Path is right there. You can walk to Carbis Bay or towards Hayle. The Godrevy Lighthouse is a good sight from the coast. National Trust Penwith has information on the area. Tehidy Country Park is about a twenty-minute drive if you fancy woods and trails.
Facilities: it's all on one level, there's parking, a washing machine, TV, and bedding and towels are included. They provide a highchair if you need one.
