This is Gracelands. It's a single-storey lodge up on Lelant Downs, part of the St Ives Holiday Village. The site is big, over 100 acres of woodland. You're in a terraced row, so there are neighbours either side.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, with one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. Everything is on the ground floor. It's comfortable and warm. The decor is colourful. The main living area is open plan. You look out onto trees.
The site has facilities, but they run from March to October. There's an indoor heated pool, a bar, a shop, and a takeaway. They do activities like kayaking. There's a launderette on site too.
You get a washing machine in the lodge. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. WiFi is available. You can bring up to two dogs.
The local shop is about 500 yards away. A pub and restaurant are a mile. The coast path is accessible nearby. For a proper beach, Carbis Bay is close. St Ives is a couple of miles. You can drive, or get the coastal train from St Erth. It's a scenic ride.
If you want to explore, the National Trust in Cornwall has lots of nearby places. St Michael's Mount is about a 30 minute drive. The Visit Cornwall site is useful for planning.
