Trelispen Lodge
Trelispen Lodge is up on Perran Downs. It's a detached lodge, modern build, sat back in the trees. It's quiet up there. You'll hear the wind more than anything else.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which really means it's well-equipped and new. Everything works.
The main living space is open plan. There's a wood burner for colder nights. Big doors open out onto a wide deck. That's where the hot tub is. It's private, just looks into the woods.
You're about a mile and a half from the coast. The nearest beach is Perranuthnoe, which is sandy. Marazion and St Michael's Mount are a five minute drive. You can walk out to the Mount at low tide, or get the boat. National Trust St Michael's Mount has the tide times.
Mousehole is about ten minutes by car. Porthleven, with the harbour and restaurants, is maybe fifteen minutes. The Minack Theatre is half an hour's drive. Worth booking ahead if you want to see a show. Minack Theatre. Lands End is also within half an hour.
There's a shop and a pub about a mile away in the village. The golf course at Praa Sands is close.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Parking for two cars on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair. No pets.
