Trequean Barn
Trequean Barn is down the lane at Rinsey Croft. It's a barn conversion for two people. The main thing is the view. It looks right out over the sea.
It's got one bedroom with a very big bed. One bathroom with a decent shower. It's rated 5 Star, which means it's well finished and comfortable.
Inside, it's all one open space with a high ceiling. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings. The whole south wall is glass doors that open onto the patio. You've got a garden out there with a fire pit and some seats.
Porthleven is about three miles away. It's a proper working harbour with some good places to eat. The beach is long when the tide's out. You can walk from there along to Loe Bar and the Penrose Estate.
You're in a good spot for getting around. Helston is close. The Lizard peninsula, Kynance Cove, and the Helford River are all within about half an hour's drive. Going the other way, you've got Marazion and St Michael's Mount, then Penzance and Mousehole. All easy to reach.
If you ride, there's livery and a sand school on the farm here. You'd need to sort that out directly with the owners.
Things to know: it's all on the ground floor and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. You've got a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. No pets.
There's another cottage next door called Trequean Cottage. You can book both together if there's a group of you.
