The Long Barn is a converted barn near Godolphin Cross in Cornwall. It’s detached, so it’s just you. The garden’s part of a larger two-acre shared lawn, but you get your own fenced-off bit with a table and chairs. The view is over fields.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. The living area is split-level, so there's a couple of steps between the sofa and the kitchen. The ceiling is high with old beams.
It’s very quiet here. The nearest shop is about a mile and a half away in Godolphin Cross. The closest pub is three miles. You’ll need a car.
You’re in the Cornwall Mining World Heritage area. Godolphin House is just down the road if you’re interested in that. For the coast, Gwithian beach is about a fifteen minute drive north. Prussia Cove is about twenty minutes south.
Penzance, St Ives, and The Lizard are all within half an hour’s drive. Helston is about ten minutes away for bigger shops.
In the barn you’ve got a wood burner, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There’s parking right outside. There’s a shared play area for kids with a swing and a slide. No pets, sorry.
