Old Dairy

This is Old Dairy at Godolphin Cross. It's a converted barn on a small farm. Not a working farm, just a smallholding with a few animals like pigs and ducks. You can say hello to them if you want. The garden is yours to use.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's finished to a high standard. Everything is modern inside, underfloor heating, oak floors. It’s open plan downstairs.

You're right on the edge of the Godolphin estate which is National Trust. You can walk straight into it from the property. The area is part of the Cornish Mining World Heritage site.

Helston is about five miles away. That's where you'll find supermarkets and things like that. Porthleven harbour is a bit further, maybe fifteen minutes by car. It's a proper fishing harbour with places to eat.

For beaches, you've got a few options within about half an hour. Praa Sands is popular and family friendly. Marazion and St Michael's Mount are about a twenty-five minute drive. If you want to go to Penzance, that's about twenty minutes.

At the property, there's parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. We've got a cot and highchair if needed. Bedding and towels are included. There's an electric vehicle charger. Sorry, no pets.
