Una Argentum 63 Carbis Bay
It's called Una Argentum 63. It's a modern eco lodge on the Una estate in Carbis Bay. Detached, so you've got your own space. Sleeps four, two bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The place has a 5 Star rating. That means it's new, well-equipped, and everything works. There's underfloor heating, a wood burner, the usual kitchen stuff like a dishwasher and washing machine, and a patio area.
The main thing is you get use of the resort facilities with your stay. There's a large indoor infinity pool, an outdoor heated lido that's open in the summer, plus a sauna, steam room, gym and a kids' pool. There's a restaurant and a poolside grill on site too, for when you don't want to cook.
You're about a 15 minute walk from Carbis Bay beach. It's a lovely sandy beach, good for families. St Ives is just down the road, maybe a five minute drive. You can park there, but it gets busy. The train from Carbis Bay into St Ives is easier, it only takes a few minutes and drops you right by the harbour.
From there, you've got the whole of West Cornwall to explore. The National Trust has a lot of coastal sites nearby, like Godrevy and Penrose. The Minack Theatre is about a 40 minute drive down towards Lands End. It's a spectacular spot.
Facilities wise, it's all there. WiFi, parking, cot and highchair available. No pets.
