Polgew Studio
This is Polgew Studio in Marazion. It's the ground floor apartment below our house. We live above.
It sleeps three, all in the one bedroom. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's on one level, which is handy. The patio and garden are yours to use. It's enclosed.
The main thing is the view. You look straight out over the bay to St Michael's Mount. You can see Mousehole, Newlyn and Penzance from the windows. The beach is about three minutes' walk away.
Marazion itself has a few shops, galleries, and places to eat. There's a pub half a mile up the road. For a bigger shop, Penzance is two miles away. The bus stop is 150 metres from the door if you don't want to drive.
In the apartment you've got a dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. There's also an electric vehicle charger. We have bicycle storage.
You can walk to the coastal path from here. For a day out, St Michael's Mount is right there. The mining landscapes at National Trust Cornwall properties are within a 30 minute drive. Penzance has the railway station if you're coming by train. We can give you a lift to and from there if you arrange it with us.
This studio can be booked together with the Polgew Apartment next door if you're a larger group.
