Una Argentum 59

The Una Argentum 59 is a modern apartment on a resort in Carbis Bay. It’s part of a big set of buildings, but it’s your own place.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Everything is on the ground floor, so it's easy to get around if stairs are tricky. The doors are wide enough for a wheelchair.

The apartment is open plan. Kitchen, living area, it’s all one space. It has a washing machine and a dishwasher. There's a patio with outdoor furniture.

Being on a resort means there are things on site you can use. There are indoor and outdoor heated pools, a sauna and steam room, and a gym. The on-site restaurant is good for a meal if you don't fancy cooking. It’s all a short walk from your door.

You’re in Carbis Bay. The beach is about a fifteen minute walk down the hill. It’s a lovely sandy beach, part of the St Ives Bay stretch. St Ives itself is a couple of miles along the coast road. You can drive, or walk the coastal path which is very scenic.

For a day out, the Geevor Tin Mine is about a twenty minute drive. It’s a fascinating piece of Cornish history. The Minack Theatre near Porthcurno is roughly half an hour away. You’ll need to book tickets well in advance.

The South West Coast Path runs right past the resort. You can walk to St Ives one way, or towards Portreath the other.
