Una Argentum 62 is part of the Una St Ives resort in Carbis Bay. It's a modern, single-storey eco-lodge, so it's all on one level.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's a high-spec finish. Everything is new and works properly.
You get a private patio with it. Inside, there's a wood burning stove, a dishwasher, washing machine, and parking right outside. The lodge is wheelchair accessible.
The main thing is you get access to the Carbis Club on the resort. That's a 15-metre indoor infinity pool, a gym, a sauna, and a steam room. You can book spa treatments there too. It's all included.
You can walk down to Carbis Bay beach from the lodge. It's sandy and sheltered. St Ives town centre is about a mile and a half away, so you can walk that too if you don't want to drive and park.
For days out, the St Ives branch line train is scenic and goes along the coast to St Erth. The National Trust's St Michael's Mount is about half an hour's drive. Visit Cornwall has good ideas for the wider area.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
