Una Argentum 61
This is Una Argentum 61, up at Carbis Bay. It's one of the lodges on the Una St Ives resort. The big thing here is that it's all on the ground floor. No stairs at all. That seems to work well for a lot of people.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. One bathroom. It's got that 5 Star rating, which means it's well kitted out and finished to a high standard. You can bring up to two dogs.
Being on the resort, you get to use the shared facilities. There's a good indoor pool and a gym. They have a spa as well, if that's your thing. The lodge itself has a patio area, parking right outside, and everything you'd expect like a dishwasher and WiFi.
Location wise, you're set. You can walk down to Carbis Bay beach in about 15 minutes. It's a lovely beach. St Ives is a couple of minutes in the car, or you can walk it along the coastal path if you're feeling energetic. The town's got the Tate, the harbour, and all the usual shops and cafes.
For a day out, the National Trust has a lot of Cornwall covered. The Minack Theatre is about half an hour's drive. You're also well placed for heading down towards Lands End or across to Penzance.
In terms of what's here, it's all listed. There's a washing machine, a cot and highchair if you need them, and it's wheelchair accessible throughout.
