Chynoweth

This is Chynoweth. It's our bungalow in St Keverne, Cornwall. It's detached, so nobody's sharing the walls. Single-storey, so everything is on the ground floor. There's a private drive with space for one car.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and clean. It's not fancy, but it's got what you need. The garden at the back is enclosed, so it's private. You can sit out there.

The village is nice. There's a square with a shop and a butcher. There are two pubs within a few minutes' walk. They both do food. The beach is a bit of a drive, about two and a half miles. The closest one is probably Poldhu Cove.

You're right on the edge of the Lizard Peninsula. It's an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The coastal path is there for walking. Kynance Cove is spectacular, about a fifteen minute drive. For sailing or just a walk by the water, the Helford River is ten minutes north. There are creeks and a couple of waterside pubs there.

If you want to go out for the day, Falmouth is about half an hour. Helston and Porthleven are closer, maybe twenty minutes. For the subtropical gardens, Trebah and Glendurgan are on the Helford and well worth a visit.

Inside, there's a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a TV. We have WiFi. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. The entrance and the rooms are all on the ground floor and are wheelchair accessible. There's also storage if you bring bikes.

No pets, I'm afraid.
