Haven -79
This is Haven 79, in Ringwell. It's part of a small development of cottages built about fifteen years ago. They're architect designed. The main thing is they're built well, with local materials like stone and slate, so they feel solid.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own en suite bathrooms. It has a 5 Star rating from Visit England. That means it's comfortable and everything works as it should.
The layout is open plan downstairs. Doors open out onto a private patio area. Upstairs, there's a balcony off the main bedroom. They face south-west, so you get the sun in the afternoon.
On site, there are shared facilities. An indoor and outdoor pool, a tennis court, a squash court, and a small gym. There's also a restaurant, Café Azur, about a two-minute walk from the cottage.
The location is quiet. It's rural, but you're only a couple of miles from the coast. The nearest shop and pub are in the village, about a mile away.
For beaches, you've got a choice. Looe beach is the closest for a proper seaside day. For something quieter, there are lots of smaller coves along the coast south of Polperro. The South West Coast Path is accessible from several points nearby.
Inland, the main attractions are within half an hour. The Eden Project is about 25 minutes away. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a similar distance. Falmouth and Truro are both within a 30-minute drive too.
Facilities in the cottage: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
