This is The Dairy, or Higher Trewithen if you're looking at the whole place. It's a converted outbuilding on an old farmstead near Hendra.
It's for four people, but it's two bedrooms. The beds can be split into singles, which is handy. There's one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean without being posh.
You get access to about four acres of the farm's land. Gardens, fields, a bit of woodland. There are rare breed animals about. There's a laundry room on site and sometimes they run yoga classes.
Access is through the lounge. There's a deep step up to get into the property, just so you know.
It's a rural spot, so it's quiet. Truro is about a 15 minute drive. That's where you'll find the cathedral, proper shops, and places to eat. Falmouth and its harbour are about a 20 minute drive the other way. Helston is a similar distance.
The coast is easy to get to. Gyllyngvase Beach near Falmouth is a good option. For walks, Kennal Vale Nature Reserve is a couple of miles away. It's an old gunpowder factory site gone back to nature. Stithians Lake is about ten minutes by car. It's popular for sailing and windsurfing.
Included in the price: bedding, towels, electricity. There's parking. You can bring up to two dogs. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them.
