Demelza
This is Demelza. It's a one bedroom flat for two people, converted from a barn a few years back. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The living space is open plan with a wood floor and a modern kitchen. There's a big skylight so it's bright. The heating is oil fired central heating.
Outside, there's a covered veranda so you can sit out even if it's drizzling. You get your own private lawned garden with a BBQ area.
The flat is on one level so there's wheelchair access at the entrance. It's got a shower, not a bath. Wifi is included. There's parking right outside.
The location is quiet, up near Twelveheads. It feels secluded but you're only about 15 minutes from Truro for shops. Falmouth is about 20 minutes away. Several north coast beaches, like Perranporth or Porthtowan, are also about a 15 minute drive.
There's a similar flat next door called Morwenna. They can be booked together if you're a larger group.
