Demelza
Demelza is a one-bedroom apartment in Twelveheads, which is pretty central for Cornwall. It’s a ground-floor conversion of an old barn. It sleeps two.
The place has a 4 Star rating. It means it’s comfortable and well-equipped, with things like central heating and a modern kitchen. It’s open plan. There’s a big skylight, so the main room is bright.
Outside, there’s a covered veranda. It’s a good spot even if it rains. You get your own private lawned garden with a BBQ.
The apartment is wheelchair accessible from the entrance. The parking is right there on site.
Facilities are all included: WiFi, bedding and towels, a washing machine. A travel cot and highchair are there if you need them.
Location wise, it’s quiet here, but you’re not far from things. You can be at a north coast beach, like Perranporth or St Agnes, in about 15 minutes by car. Truro is also 15 minutes away. Falmouth, with its harbour and shops, is about 20 minutes.
For days out, you’ve got a lot within half an hour. The National Trust in Cornwall has lots of coastal spots, like Trelissick Garden. The Cornwall AONB site has walking ideas.
