Chalet 6
This is Chalet 6, on our site in Mount Hawke. It's one of ten places here, mostly single-storey chalets spread out in the woods.
It's a detached chalet, sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. IKEA type of furniture, clean, functional. Everything is on the ground floor which is handy.
Because it's a chalet, you get your own small patio area with a bit of garden. The whole site is about eight acres, so there's space. You're not on top of the neighbours.
The local pub is about a two-minute walk. It's good, does food. There's a village shop a few minutes the other way. For a proper supermarket, you'd drive to Truro.
Beaches: Porthtowan is the closest, about ten minutes in the car. Portreath is similar. Perranporth is a bit bigger, maybe fifteen minutes. The coast path runs along there if you want a walk.
Truro is about twenty minutes. Cathedral, shops, cinema. St Agnes is ten minutes. Nice for a coffee, a few galleries. The National Trust has a few spots nearby like Chapel Porth.
Inside, you've got wifi, TV, a washing machine. Parking right outside. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. It's wheelchair accessible to get in, but I'd check with us about the specifics inside if that's important.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's an extra charge for that.
