Chalet 5
This is Chalet 5. It's one of ten places on this site in Mount Hawke. It's a single-storey chalet, so everything's on the ground floor. It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. There's parking right outside.
The main thing is the space. It's in about eight acres of woodland. You get your own patio area with a table and chairs. It's quiet, it gets the sun, and you can just walk out into the trees. The site's kept tidy.
The rating is 3 Star. That means it's clean, comfortable and everything works, but don't expect anything fancy. It's straightforward. We've got WiFi and a TV.
In the village, about a two-minute walk, there's a shop and a pub. The pub does food. For a beach, Porthtowan is the closest, about a ten-minute drive. Portreath and Perranporth aren't much further. St Agnes and Truro are both within a half hour drive for more shops and places to eat.
Because it's all on one level and there's wheelchair access to the entrance, it suits some people with limited mobility. Check with us about the specifics though, to be sure.
You can bring up to two dogs. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding is included.
