Chalet 5
This is Chalet 5, in Mount Hawke. It's one of ten chalets and cottages here on the site, all set in about eight acres of woodland. It's a detached, single-storey chalet. You get your own patio and garden area.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. The site is all on one level and the paths are good, so it works if you have mobility issues or use a wheelchair. You can bring two dogs.
The village shop is a few minutes' walk. There's a pub about 130 yards away that does food. For a proper beach, Porthtowan is the closest, about a mile and a half. It's a surfing beach. Portreath and Perranporth are also easy to get to.
You're about a ten minute drive from St Agnes, which has cafes and galleries. Truro is maybe twenty minutes if you need the cathedral, a cinema, or bigger shops.
Inside, it's got everything you'd expect: a TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine. Bedding is included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
