Pennard
This is Pennard. It's a bungalow near South Tehidy, Cornwall. It's a detached place built around a central courtyard, so it feels quite private.
It sleeps nine people. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which helps with a bigger group. The main bedroom has its own en-suite. There's also an extra sitting room that can be turned into another bedroom if you need it. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The garden at the back is flat, enclosed, and private. There's a patio there too, and a BBQ. It's wheelchair accessible, with a wet room on the ground floor and level access.
You're about two miles from the north coast. Portreath beach is close, and Godrevy and Gwithian are nearby too. It's a good spot for surf. A bit further south you get the calmer coves and creeks. The location is peaceful, but you're right by the A30 so getting around Cornwall is straightforward.
Shops are about a quarter of a mile away. There's a pub a mile down the road, and a restaurant two miles away. Tehidy Country Park and the golf course are on your doorstep if you want a walk or a round.
For days out, Falmouth with its Maritime Museum is about half an hour's drive. St Ives and the Tate Gallery are roughly the same. You can get to Penzance, Newlyn, Mousehole, or Lands End within 30 to 40 minutes too.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
