Pennard
Pennard is a detached bungalow in South Tehidy. It's quiet here. It's built around a courtyard inside, which is a bit unusual.
It sleeps up to nine. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is handy with a group. One of them is a wet room on the ground floor. Everything is on one level, so it's accessible if stairs are a problem.
The garden is enclosed, flat, and private. Good for a dog or kids. There's parking right at the house.
You're about two miles from the coast at Portreath. That's a good surf beach. Gwithian and Godrevy are close by too. Tehidy Country Park is on the doorstep for a walk. It has a golf course if that's your thing.
The A30 is easy to get to. That means you can get to most places in Cornwall without too much fuss. St Ives, Falmouth, Penzance, they're all within about half an hour. Lands End is about forty minutes.
There's a shop a few minutes away. A pub about a mile walk, and a restaurant a couple of miles.
The place has the things you'd need. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can put a cot and highchair out for you. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
