Elm
This is Elm. It's in Mawla, near Portreath in Cornwall. A semi-detached cottage, one of four here. We live on site in the farmhouse, so we're around if you need anything, but you've got your own space.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been refurbished, so it's clean and modern inside. Everything's on one level except the bedrooms. The garden is private, with a patio.
It's very quiet here. You're a couple of miles from the coast. Portreath beach is about ten minutes by car. Porthtowan is similar. Good surf at both. The National Trust coast path is very close. You can walk straight onto the old Mineral Tramway from the cottage, which is good for cycling too.
For a day out, St Ives is 20 minutes drive to St Erth station, then you get the coastal train in. Hayle and Gwithian have that long beach and dunes. Godrevy lighthouse is there. For a big garden, Trevarno Estate is about half an hour away.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome. There's a shared games room in the old stable block with a pool table.
