2 The Courtyard
2 The Courtyard is a converted wing of a big old house, on a private estate near Tehidy. It's not a cottage, it's more like a flat within something larger. You've got your own front door round the side and a private patio area. It's quiet.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, and there are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's clean and works well. The conversion was done to a good standard.
The estate is 42 acres with woods. You can walk straight out into them. Tehidy Golf Club is right next door if that's your thing. The north coast beaches, like Portreath, are about a ten minute drive. They're good for surfing.
For shops and a pub, you'll need to go into Portreath or Camborne, which are a couple of miles away. Truro is twenty minutes by car. St Ives takes about half an hour. The Lizard and Falmouth are within forty-five minutes. You can get to Penzance in fifteen minutes if you want the ferry to the Scilly Isles.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect: a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. The patio is enclosed. There's parking right outside.
