2 The Courtyard
2 The Courtyard is in South Tehidy, near Camborne. It's part of a converted, Grade II listed mansion on a large private estate. The estate is 42 acres, so it feels quite separate even though you're not far from things.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. That's handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well finished. It's not huge, but it's a good size for four people.
You have a private, enclosed patio area. Good for a morning coffee or an evening drink. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The location is quiet. The estate has its own woodlands you can walk in, and it adjoins Tehidy Golf Course. The north coast beaches, like Portreath and Porthtowan, are about ten minutes away by car. They're good for surfing. For shops and a pub, you'll need to drive a couple of miles to Camborne or Illogan.
You're well placed for getting around. Truro is about twenty minutes. St Ives is maybe half an hour, but parking there is difficult so I'd use the park and ride. The Eden Project is about forty minutes. Falmouth is thirty. Penzance, for the ferry to the Scillies, is fifteen minutes down the road.
No pets, sorry. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi and a TV.
