Prince Croft Annex
Prince Croft Annex is in Mount Hawke. It's a one bedroom place, attached to our own house but self-contained, separate entrance. It's really for two people. You get your own little patio with a table and chairs.
It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean, decent, and everything works, but it's simple. It's on the ground floor and the doors are wide enough for wheelchair access.
It’s quiet here. The site itself is just a handful of holiday bungalows spread out in about eight acres of woodland. Sometimes you'll see deer.
The village is a few minutes walk. There's a shop, a post office, and a pub which does food, about 130 yards away. The local beach is Porthtowan, just over a mile down the lane. It's a proper surf beach. For a quieter walk, Portreath is about ten minutes drive north.
St Agnes and Truro are close if you need more shops or a meal out. St Agnes has the coast path right there. Truro's good for a wet day, you've got the cathedral, shops, and a cinema.
For things to do nearby, you're in a good spot. The National Trust Cornwall page has details on local houses and coastline. The South West Coast Path site is useful for planning walks. You can drive to a lot of places from here, like Perranporth or up towards St Ives, all within half an hour.
Inside, it's a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an open plan living area with a kitchen, sofa, and TV. There's Wi-Fi. We can put up a cot or a highchair if you need one. You can bring up to two dogs. Parking is right outside.
