Prince Croft Annex is part of Mount Hawke Holiday Bungalows. There's a collection of other cottages and chalets here, but the annex is separate. It's attached to the side of our house. It's for two people.
It's a 3 Star place. That means it's comfortable and clean, but it's not luxury. Everything is on the ground floor. The doorways are wide and there's a walk-in shower, so it's suitable if mobility is a consideration. There's parking right outside.
You have your own patio area with a table and chairs. It's a quiet spot, looking over the grounds. You're welcome to walk around the eight acres of woodland.
The village shop is a few minutes' walk away. The Mount Hawke Inn is about 130 yards up the road. They serve food. For a bigger shop, Truro is about a twenty-minute drive.
The north coast beaches are very close. Porthtowan is about five minutes in the car. Portreath is ten minutes. Perranporth is twenty. The coastal path is easily reached from any of them. You might see dolphins, but I can't guarantee it.
St Agnes is a ten-minute drive. It's got good pubs, cafes, and some interesting little shops. The National Trust has several properties nearby, like the Towanroath Engine House at Chapel Porth.
Inside, there's one bedroom, the bathroom, and a living area with a small kitchenette. There's a TV and Wi-Fi. We provide bed linen. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
