Villa Calafia is a house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Porthtowan. It's detached, so no one's through the wall. Parking for three cars on the driveway.
The house is all on one floor. There are three double bedrooms. The main one has its own shower room and doors out to the garden. All bedrooms have TVs on the wall. There are two bathrooms in total.
It's open plan inside. The kitchen's big, with an island you can sit at. There's a wood burner in the living area. The doors fold back completely to open the whole room onto the deck.
The garden backs onto fields. There's a deck with a hot tub for six, a firepit, a barbecue, and a lawn. Garden furniture is there.
It's about a ten minute walk down to the village. Porthtowan has a good shop, a great fish and chip shop, and two beach bars that do food. There's a local pub within walking distance too. The beach is popular for surfing. The South West Coast Path goes right through it.
For days out, St Agnes is ten minutes by car. Truro is half an hour. The National Trust has lots of places nearby like Godrevy and St Agnes Head. The Cornwall Coast Path website is good for walk planning.
The house is rated 5 Star. That means it's well-equipped. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and an electric car charger. Bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. You can bring two dogs.
