Barbara Anne's
This is Barbara Anne's, my place in Porthtowan. It's a ground floor apartment, one of two in the building. You've got your own parking spot and a little enclosed patio area out the back.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms and there's one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and has what you need, but it's not luxurious. Because it's on the ground floor, you don't have any stairs to deal with inside.
The beach is about a three minute walk. It's a good sandy beach, popular with surfers. The village is small. There's a shop a few minutes away and a pub about 130 yards up the road that does food.
The apartment itself is open plan. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
For things to do, the coastal path runs right past. St Agnes village is a short drive away and has a few shops and cafes. For a day out, the National Trust Cornwall page is useful, or you can look at the South West Coast Path site. Truro is about a twenty minute drive if you need a bigger supermarket or want to see the cathedral.
