Chalet 2
Chalet 2 is one of ten bungalows here in Mount Hawke. It's a detached, single-storey chalet, so everything's on the ground floor. That's handy if stairs are tricky. It's in eight acres of woodland, so it's quiet.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and comfortable but not luxurious. The layout is open plan.
The site is good for wheelchairs, and the entrance is accessible. There's a patio with some garden furniture. You can park right outside.
In the village, there's a shop about a quarter of a mile away. The pub is closer, maybe 130 yards. It does food.
The coast is about half a mile. Porthtowan beach is the nearest. Portreath isn't far either. For a bigger beach with a bar right on the sand, Perranporth is a short drive. St Agnes is worth a visit for cafes and galleries. Truro, the cathedral city, is about a 20 minute drive for shops and the market.
The place is pet friendly. You can bring up to two dogs. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
