Seagull Cottage
This is Seagull Cottage, our place in Portreath. It’s a mid-terrace house, one of a few in a row. The main thing is the location. You can see the sea from the front windows, and it’s a very short walk down to the beach and the harbour.
It sleeps six people. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you're bringing dogs or kids.
You're right in the village. There's a shop about 100 yards away, and a pub even closer. The beach is good for surfing and swimming, and it's patrolled in summer.
For walking, you're on the coast path straight from the door. The Mineral Tramway cycle trail starts here too, if you fancy a bike ride. You can hire bikes locally.
If you want to explore, St Ives is about a 20-minute drive. Truro is roughly 25 minutes for shops and the cinema. Falmouth is about 40 minutes, and Land's End is just under an hour.
Facilities: there's parking for one car on the drive, WiFi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate. You can bring up to two dogs.
