Seagull Cottage is in Portreath. It's a mid-terrace house. It's about a three minute walk to the main beach and the harbour. You can see the sea from the front windows.
It sleeps six, across three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The stairs are fairly steep, which is normal for these cottages.
You're really close to things. The local shop and one of the pubs are about 50 to 100 yards away. The beach is sandy and popular with surfers. The coastal path runs right past the village, so you can walk out the door and be on it.
The Mineral Tramway cycle trail starts here. You can hire bikes locally. If you drive, you're about three miles from the A30. That gets you to most of Cornwall fairly easily. St Ives is about half an hour. Truro is maybe 20 minutes. The National Trust Cornwall site is good for planning trips as they have a lot of coastal properties nearby.
For facilities: there's parking for one car on the drive. The garden is enclosed. It has a washing machine, WiFi, and the TV has satellite channels. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. We also provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them.
