The Nook is near Ponsanooth, in Cornwall. It's a ground floor flat, one of a few on an old farm. The whole place is about four acres of gardens and woods. You can walk around it.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. Everything's clean and works, but it's not posh. It's on the ground floor so there aren't any steps to get in.
The flat is part of a group trying to be eco-friendly. You'll see solar panels and that sort of thing.
There's a patio area outside your door. You can use the shared garden and the kids' play area. There's parking right there. You can bring two dogs. It has a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a stairgate if you need them.
For a walk, Kennal Vale is about two miles away. It's an old gunpowder works that's gone back to nature. Stithians Lake is close. It's got a five-mile circular walk and you can watch people windsurfing. You can fish there too, if that's your thing.
Truro is maybe a 15-minute drive. It's got the cathedral, shops, and places to eat. Falmouth is about the same distance the other way, for the harbour and the beaches like Gyllyngvase. Helston is a bit further, maybe 20 minutes.
