Valley Gallery

Valley Gallery is in Ringwell. It's one of a few cottages on a larger estate, so it's detached but there are neighbours. It's architect-designed. It's modern and light inside, finished mostly with local slate and wood.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and finished. Everything is open plan downstairs.

You get your own patio and a balcony off the main bedroom. The garden isn't huge, but it's yours. The main reason to book here is the shared facilities. There's an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a gym, and tennis and squash courts on the estate. You can use them all.

The estate has a restaurant too, called Café Azur. The nearest proper shop and pub are about a mile away in the village.

For beaches, you're in South Cornwall so there are plenty. Some big bays, some little coves. Looe beach is close and good for families if you want to be near the town. For a proper day out, The Eden Project is about half an hour's drive. So are The Lost Gardens of Heligan.

The fishing villages are the main attraction here. Polperro, Mevagissey, Fowey, and St Mawes are all within 30 minutes. Fowey is good for sailing. Truro is the nearest city if you need shops, about 25 minutes away.

Facilities: it has pretty much everything. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Towels and bedding are included. You can bring up to two dogs. Parking is right outside.
