Oak is a barn conversion just outside Falmouth. It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom.
It's open plan, so the bedroom and bathroom are off the main living space. That's normal for these conversions. It feels spacious.
There are a couple of steps down to the side entrance with a handrail. Parking is on site, with a bit more space a short way down a small lane. In that lane there's a shared shed for storing surfboards, paddle boards, and bikes. It's on the right as you leave.
It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well equipped. Everything you'd need is there. The facilities list is accurate.
You can walk to Swanpool Beach from here in about fifteen minutes via the coastal path. From there you can carry on along the path to Maenporth Beach or Gyllyngvase Beach. The local golf course is just up the road. There's a pub nearby too.
Falmouth town is a short drive. All the usual things are there: shops, restaurants, the Maritime Museum, the castle. You're well placed for the rest of Cornwall. Truro is about twenty minutes. The Lizard peninsula is roughly half an hour.
You can bring up to two dogs. They're welcome.
