This is Minnies. It's a lodge on its own bit of land near Burnthouse, which is a small place between Falmouth and Truro. You get the place to yourself.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. It's open plan inside, so the kitchen, living and dining area are all in one space.
You can bring one dog, no extra charge. There's a private patio with a BBQ. It has a wood fired hot tub too, which is nice in the evening.
For getting out, Falmouth is about ten minutes by car. The beaches there are good. You can walk the coast path from there, or visit Pendennis Castle. The National Trust runs it. The Maritime Museum in Falmouth is worth a visit if the weather turns.
Truro is maybe fifteen, twenty minutes away. It's a proper small city with the cathedral and shops. The roads in the centre are narrow.
Other places within half an hour include the harbour at Porthleven and The Lizard point. The coastal path runs all along there. You can see old tin mine ruins. For cycle trails and more, Visit Cornwall has good information.
Facilities: there's parking right outside, WiFi, TV, a shower. Bedding and towels are included. Everything you need for cooking is there.
If you've got a bigger group, you can book this place together with the one next door called Jasmine House.
