Coach House
This is the Coach House. It's part of a group of converted farm buildings on the Penmorvah Manor estate, near Budock Water.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well set up. You're on the ground floor. The living area is open plan.
The main thing is the space outside. There are shared gardens and wooded grounds for kids to run around in. You get a patio area for yourselves. The view from the garden is over fields towards the coast.
You're about a mile from Budock Water village. There's a pub, a shop, and a post office there. For a proper beach day, you'll need to drive. The nearest one is about four miles.
Falmouth is very close. That's where you'll find most of the restaurants, the National Maritime Museum, and the ferries over to St Mawes or up the Helford River. The Helford Passage is about ten minutes by car. It's nice for a walk or a pub lunch by the water.
If you like gardens, Trebah and Glendurgan are nearby. For walks, you're right on the edge of the Cornish coast path.
Facilities: there's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's bike storage if you need it.
