Sea Pink
Sea Pink is in St Just in Roseland. It's a detached cottage up on the hill. You can see right across the fields to the creek from the living room. The French doors open onto a deck.
It sleeps four. Three bedrooms, one is a double with an ensuite, and there's a family bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after.
There's an electric Aga in the kitchen. It's simple to use if you're used to an Aga, but it's not like a regular oven. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine too.
The garden has a little heated garden room. It's got a small cooker for warming things up. Good spot if someone wants a bit of quiet.
You can park right outside. There's a bit of extra parking down the road if you need it.
One small dog is allowed.
The village is quiet. The church down by the water is worth a look. Good walking from the door. You can walk to St Mawes along the coast path.
St Mawes is about a twenty minute drive. It's got shops, places to eat, and St Mawes Castle. Parking there is difficult in summer. There's a bus stop a minute's walk from the cottage that goes to St Mawes and Portscatho. It's easier.
Truro is half an hour away for bigger shops. The ferry from St Mawes across to Falmouth is a nice trip. The Fal river cruise is about a thirty minute drive from here, from Truro or from Trelissick.
For beaches, Summer Beach in St Mawes is the nearest. There are others around the Roseland. The Hidden Hut café is popular.
