The Hut Hotel is on Trewince Holiday Park, just outside St Mawes in Cornwall. It's a three bedroom lodge. It sleeps six and has two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and clean, not luxury.
You get a private deck that looks out over the fields and you can see a bit of the sea. There's a hedge of camellias at the front which is nice. Parking for two cars.
The holiday park has some facilities you can pay to use, like a swimming pool and a gym. There's a play area for children and some nice grounds to walk around. If you walk down through the woods, you'll come out at a little quay. There's a bench on the way with a good view of St Mawes.
The nearest beach is about a 15 minute walk or a very short drive. It's sand and shingle, good for families. There's a tearoom there with toilets.
St Mawes itself is a short bus ride away. You can get the ferry from there over to Falmouth. Falmouth has a big harbour, shops, and places to eat. St Mawes Castle and Pendennis Castle are both worth a visit if you like that sort of thing.
The whole area is part of the Roseland Peninsula Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Good for coastal walks. Places like Veryan and Portscatho are pretty villages to drive through.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's an electric vehicle charger on site.
No pets allowed, sorry.
