This is number 38 on a quiet cul-de-sac at Knipe Point, south of Scarborough. It's called Sea Views for a reason. You can see the sea from the main living room and the garden.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, all on the ground floor. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything is clean and works. It's a detached bungalow, so no stairs at all.
The garden is enclosed. There's a side patio with a hose for washing off boots or bikes. In the shed, there are some sun loungers and a few bits of beach equipment you can use.
You're right on the cliff top. To get to the beach, you go down some steps. The Cleveland Way path goes past here. One way takes you along the coast, the other heads into the North York Moors National Park.
Scarborough is a short drive. It's got the usual seaside things: an open air theatre, Peasholm Park, the Sea Life centre. Filey and its long beach are about twenty minutes south. The RSPB centre at Bempton Cliffs is close if you like birdwatching. Flamborough Head with its lighthouse is maybe half an hour away.
Inside, it's open plan. The living area has two big sofas and a TV. The patio doors open to the garden. The kitchen has what you need. There are books on the shelf.
Facilities: parking for one car, washing machine, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. A cot is available. Two well-behaved dogs are allowed.
