North Bay Sands Apartment 2

This is North Bay Sands Apartment 2 in Scarborough. It's a first floor flat in a big block right on the seafront. You get a private balcony. It sleeps four in two bedrooms, and there are two bathrooms.

It's a 5 Star place. That means it's well-finished. They provide dressing gowns and nice toiletries. Everything's included like bedding and towels. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The location is the main thing. You walk out of the main reception and you're on the beach in about thirty seconds. It really is that close. The Marine Drive is right there for a flat walk along the front, all the way from the North Bay to the South Bay. Peasholm Park is just across the road. You can get rowing boats on the lake there.

The building has its own reception, a gym, and some shops. Parking is on site and it's free. There's also an electric vehicle charger. The Alpamare Waterpark is very close by if you've got children. The open air theatre is about five minutes walk.

Things to know: your specific apartment number is allocated when you arrive. You don't choose it beforehand. The block is large, so it's not a quiet, secluded cottage. It's an apartment in a modern seaside building.

For days out, the North York Moors are about half an hour's drive inland. You could also look at the North York Moors National Park website for walking routes. For local history, Scarborough Castle is on the headland between the two bays.
