Oliver's View is a house in Burniston. We're on a quiet cul-de-sac. The house is fairly new, built in 2019.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sleeps six. You can bring one dog.
The main thing is the view. The back garden looks out over fields towards the sea. You can see Oliver's Mount from there too. There's a wildlife pond in the distance. The old railway line, the Cinder Track, runs past the bottom of the garden. It's popular with walkers and cyclists and goes to Scarborough and Whitby.
In the village, there's a shop about a mile away. There are two pubs within a few hundred yards. The Blacksmith's Arms is one of them, it's owned by the Duchy.
Scarborough is about ten minutes in the car. Peasholm Park is there, and the Alpamare waterpark. The open air theatre is in Scarborough as well.
Whitby is maybe twenty minutes the other way. Robin Hood's Bay is on the way to Whitby.
The house is on the edge of the North York Moors, so you can get straight onto the moors or down to the coast. The Cleveland Way path is close by.
Practical stuff: there's parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an enclosed garden. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. There's also an electric vehicle charger.
