Olivers View

Olivers View is in Burniston, near Scarborough. It's a semi-detached house built in 2019, so everything is pretty new and in good order. It's on a quiet cul-de-sac.

The house sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is about right. It's comfortable and well finished.

You get an enclosed garden. The view from there is the main thing. You can see right across the fields to the sea. You can also see Oliver's Mount to the right, and the old Cinder Path railway line at the bottom of the garden. There's a wildlife pond in the distance too.

The village has two pubs within a few minutes' walk. The Blacksmith's Arms serves food. There's a shop about a mile away.

Location is good for getting about. You're right on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. The Cleveland Way coastal path is just down the road. Scarborough is a ten minute drive. You've got Peasholm Park and the Alpamare waterpark there. Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay are about twenty minutes away in the other direction.

Facilities are all there: parking, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, a cot and highchair. It's wheelchair accessible. There's an electric vehicle charger. You can bring one dog.
