Holbeck Apartment
Holbeck Apartment is on the South Cliff in Scarborough. It's a second floor flat in a quiet building. You can see a bit of the sea from the windows.
It's for three people. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. The kitchen is fine for holiday meals. There's a woodburning stove which is good for cooler evenings.
You're about a ten minute walk from the beach and the town centre. There's a local pub and restaurant about half a mile away. The beach down there is sandy. Scarborough Castle is up on the headland. It's an English Heritage site with good views.
If you drive, you can get to a lot of places easily. The North York Moors are about half an hour inland. Whitby is about 40 minutes north along the coast. Filey is closer, maybe 20 minutes drive. For walks, the North York Moors National Park website has maps.
Facilities: there's wifi, a TV, a dishwasher, and bedding and towels are included. There's space to store two bikes if you bring them. Sorry, no pets allowed.
