Mullins Cottage

Mullins Cottage is on our farm in Lebberston. It's down a quiet lane. We live nearby if you need anything, but we'll leave you to it.

It's a converted granary, so it's got old oak beams and the original granary steps. Those steps are quite steep. The cottage sleeps four. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom.

It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's there. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The garden is enclosed. It has a hot tub.

The views from the back are over open fields. It's very quiet.

Filey beach is about ten minutes away by car. It's a good, sandy beach. The Cleveland Way and Wolds Way walking trails are close if you like walking.

You can drive to Scarborough or Bridlington in under half an hour. Whitby is about forty minutes. The North York Moors National Park is easily reached for a day out. Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve is nearby for seeing seabirds.

There's a shop a mile away. A couple of pubs are about two miles away. They do food.

Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair. Parking is right outside. No pets, I'm afraid.
