Vaughan Cottage
Vaughan Cottage is in Gristhorpe, near Filey. It's one of a small group of cottages. There’s a shared lawn at the front, and a games room and kids' play area everyone can use.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It’s a 3 Star property, so everything you need and clean, but not luxurious. The layout is open plan.
The beach at Filey is about three miles away. It’s a good, long sandy beach. There’s a pub in the village, a mile away. For shops, you’d need to go into Filey.
You’re in a good spot for getting out. The North York Moors are right there for walking. For steam trains, the Yorkshire Moors Railway is close by. Whitby and Scarborough are both about a 30 minute drive.
Facilities: there’s a washing machine and dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair. Sorry, no pets.
