Molly's Place is on a quiet street in Filey. It's two minutes from the beach. The house sleeps four, in two bedrooms. One has a king-size bed, the other has two singles. There's one bathroom with a bath and a shower over it.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped. Everything works. The layout is a bit different from a modern house. You come in at the back into a dining room. Then there's a living room with a sofa and a TV. The kitchen is galley style. It has an oven, hob, washing machine, and a slow cooker. There's good worktop space.
Outside is a small, enclosed courtyard. There's a table and chairs, and a charcoal BBQ. In a storage box, you'll find a couple of beach chairs and some buckets and spades. They're there if you want to use them.
Filey Beach is the main thing. It's a huge sandy beach, good for walking, swimming, or just sitting. It never feels crowded. The town has shops, cafes, and pubs. It's all within easy walking distance.
If you want to drive out, Bridlington and Scarborough are along the coast. The RSPB Bempton Cliffs nature reserve is about fifteen minutes away. For a longer trip, the North York Moors National Park is under an hour. York is about an hour's drive.
One well-behaved dog is welcome. We provide bed linen and towels. There's a cot, a highchair, and a stairgate in the house if you need them. Parking is on the street outside.
