The Bee Happy House is on a quiet street in Filey. It's a semi-detached house, about a five minute walk from the beach.
It sleeps seven. There are three bedrooms upstairs. One king size, one with twin beds, and one with bunk beds. It's a four star place, so it's well looked after. There's one bathroom upstairs with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. There's also a small toilet downstairs in the utility room.
The stairs are normal, not too steep. The living room has big windows and a large TV. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's no separate dining room, but there's a breakfast bar and another table with chairs.
Outside is a small patio area. It gets the sun in the afternoons. There is off-street parking for one car.
You can bring one dog. The utility room at the back is a useful space for wet coats and boots, and the dog can sleep in there.
Filey is a quiet seaside town. The beach is long and sandy, good for a walk or a paddle. There's a small high street with shops, cafes, and a couple of pubs that do food.
Within about half an hour's drive you've got Scarborough and Bridlington for a bigger day out. The RSPB site at Bempton Cliffs is nearby if you like watching seabirds. For walking, the Flamborough Headland is good, and the Yorkshire Wolds start just inland.
If you want to go further, the North York Moors National Park, the city of York, and Sewerby Hall are all less than an hour away by car.
Things provided: all bedding and towels, WiFi, a travel cot and a highchair if you need them.
