Eldin Hall Cottage 1 is one of four cottages here. They're converted from an old Victorian waterworks building. It's a quiet spot.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious. The layout is open plan.
You get your own enclosed decked patio with garden furniture. There's also a shared garden with a play area for children, which is handy if you've got them.
The beach at Cayton Bay is less than a mile away. It's a good sandy beach. Scarborough is just a bit further up the coast, maybe ten minutes in the car. Filey and Bridlington are within half an hour's drive.
The clifftop walks are right here and they're part of the Cleveland Way. For birdwatching, the RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs is about twenty minutes away. You can see puffins there.
York is less than an hour by car. You can get a direct train from Scarborough station if you'd rather not drive.
There's a shop, a pub, and a restaurant about half a mile away. They're fine for the basics.
In terms of what's here, you've got a dishwasher, a washing machine, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
