Sunnyside is a first floor apartment in Filey. It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's clean and comfortable but not luxury.
It's called Sunnyside for a reason. The main window gets the sun most of the day. You can see a bit of the sea from the side window, and there's a chair there to sit in. The living area is a good size and bright. The kitchen is separate.
You can walk to the beach, shops, a supermarket, and pubs. There's a pub and a restaurant about 300 yards away. The beach is about the same.
Filey is a proper old-fashioned seaside town. The Cleveland Way footpath runs nearby if you like walking. The RSPB at Bempton Cliffs is just along the coast. It's famous for puffins in spring.
Scarborough and Bridlington are a short drive away. Whitby is a bit further north, maybe 40 minutes. You've also got Robin Hood's Bay and Flamborough Head along the coast. For stately homes, Castle Howard and Burton Agnes Hall are within about 45 minutes.
The facilities are what you'd expect. There's a TV, WiFi, and the bedding and towels are included. There's a shower. You can store a bicycle. No pets, sorry.
