Hutton Cottage is in Gristhorpe, near Filey. It's a 3 Star cottage, which means it's clean and does the job without any fuss. It's one of a group of cottages, so there are others nearby. You've got your own place though.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. The stairs are fairly steep, but that's normal for these old places.
There's a shared lawned area out the front for everyone. There's also a games room and a kids' play area on site if you need that sort of thing.
Facilities: you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and bedding is included. There's a cot if you need one. There's also a BBQ. No pets allowed, sorry.
The local pub is about a mile away. For a proper shop, you'll need to go into Filey, which is about three miles. Filey beach is good. It's a long sandy beach, and the town itself is a proper old-fashioned seaside place.
If you want to go out for the day, the North York Moors National Park is right there for walking. Whitby is about a half hour drive up the coast. Scarborough is about twenty minutes south.
