Anchor's Away is a second floor flat in Filey. It looks out towards the sea from the living room window.
It’s a 3 Star place. That means it’s clean and has what you need, but don’t expect anything fancy. It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. One dog is allowed.
The beach is about a ten minute walk. It’s a proper long, sandy beach. Filey itself is quieter than Scarborough or Bridlington. It’s got a few pubs and restaurants, a supermarket, and the usual seaside stuff.
The stairs up to the flat are normal stairs, inside the building. There are TVs in both bedrooms.
If you drive, Bempton Cliffs is very close. It’s an RSPB reserve with puffins and other seabirds. York is about an hour away. For walking information, the North York Moors National Park website is useful.
In terms of what’s there, it’s got a dishwasher, WiFi, and a shower. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot and a highchair if you need them.
